Set Up

1. Set up voicemails

2. Ensure incoming is ringing properly

1. Landline - calls both of you.

   1. Calls M on the web app.

   2. Calls you on mobile

   3. If no-one answers, will go to Voicemail (then available for listening in Conversations tab).

   4. You can warm or cold transfer to her.

2. Mobile:

   1. Can SMS in and out - all will see everything.

   2. Anyone calling IN on this number - will be forwarded to your mobile app.

Process and Tests to run:

1. Get M into the web browser.

2. Test calling Landline.

   1. Ensure her web app and your mobile app ring.

   2. Maybe test/ ensure you can transfer.

   3. Ensure it goes to voicemail.

3. Test calling in on Mobile - ensure your mobile app rings.
