0:01 Okay so the next section that we're going to reach is the my staff section. Now if you're on the very first plan, I've changed the name on it a couple of times, but the very first plan you're going to have access to up to three users.
0:12 So that can be you and two admin support assistants, it can be three brokers, it can be you and a social media manager, and an offshore PA.
0:23 Any combination is fine, you can add them in, not a drama at all. If you're wanting more than three, then you're going to have to go up to the unlimited plan, which is around about $2.97 a month I think.

1:32 User permissions is really important, so if there's anything that you don't want them to have access to, like say for example you've got someone at an offshore who's doing some of your social media marketing but you don't want them to be accessing all of your contacts, you can just untick them

1:58 User roles, there's only two user roles, there's an admin which you are and then a user, so I would imagine that everyone else in the system, unless they're an equity partner with you, is probably going to be a user.
2:09 Call and voicemail settings, so again you can set stuff up here, so I'll explain this a little bit more in the voice, in the phone settings section which is still to come on this article.
2:22 Basically, you've got the capacity to assign, once you get your phone number set up, you can assign that number to you or to any user in the system that you like, and then for people who are actually calling that number, so clients who are calling that number, you can then decide where you want that
